Prerequisites

 

The Advanced Certificate in Project Management course assumes no prior knowledge of the subject content. This course, which is cross-disciplinary in nature, is designed to equip the student to pursue a long-term career in Project Management in any industrial environment.

Corporate Governance

COURSE INFORMATION

The objective of this corporate governance course is to equip participants with the knowledge and key skills necessary to advise private, public and non-governmental organizations. The course is expected to be brief, but at the same time include all aspects of the governance obligations of the organizations. The course will enable the development of a sound understanding of corporate governance law and practice in a national and international context. It will also enable participants to support the development of good governance and stakeholder dialogue throughout the organization, irrespective of sector, being aware of legal obligations and best practice.
